Welcome to the magical world of Zoraida Grey!
Zoraida is a small town fortune teller raised by her weird and witchy Granny in deepest, darkest Arkansas. She’s made a comfortable life for herself in tiny Bear Hollow–population 532–by teaming up with her off-and-on boyfriend Al in the tattoo, natural food, and smoke shop business. Selling weed is just a sideline.
But Granny has a secret with its roots in Scotland and Zoraida has to make a hard choice. Can she give up magic to marry Al and be–normal? Granny’s life hangs on her choice.
The series is destined to contain three books with an anthology of short stories. Read all about it.
Book 1–Zoraida Grey and the Family Stones–in which witches abound.
Granny’s dying, but Zoraida can save her with a magic crystal of smoky quartz. Too bad the crystal is in Scotland––in a haunted castle––guarded by mind-reading, psychopathic sorcerers.
Getting inside Castle Logan is easy. Getting out––not so much. Before she can snatch the stone, Zoraida stumbles into a family feud, uncovers a wicked ancient curse, and finds herself ensorcelled by not one but two handsome Scottish witches. Up to their necks in family intrigue and smack-dab in the middle of a simmering clan war, Zoraida and her best friend Zhu discover Granny hasn’t told them everything.
Not by a long shot.

Book 2: Zoraida Grey and the Voodoo Queen–in which witches go to the jungle
Magic may save Zoraida’s skin, but what about her heart?
Zoraida Grey needs help. With the witchy Logan clan holding her best friend hostage in a haunted Scottish castle, she can’t trust anyone—certainly not beguiling but dangerous Shea Logan. And Al, her overprotective boyfriend, doesn’t believe in magic.
Only one creature strikes fear in the blackened hearts of the Logan witches. Trouble is Jock disappeared five centuries ago leaving a trail of destruction across the Gulf of Mexico. Now he’s stepped into a steaming pile of Voodoo.
Can Zoraida drag wayward Jock back to Scotland? And what’s she supposed to do with two men who promise completely different futures?
A Scottish wizard, stripped naked and painted blue—a Voodoo priestess bent on immortality—a yacht-load of Caribbean pirates. What can possibly go wrong?

What’s Next for all these witches?
The final book in the series–Zoraida Grey and the Pictish Runes–along with Witchling: An Anthology of Zoraida Grey Short Stories are both nearing completion. Only the arrival of Lily–my new granddaughter–slowed down progress. And I’m okay with that!
I’m hoping all Zoraida Grey books will be available by Spring 2019.

This sounds great. Magic with some humor in there, too.
The setup sounds interesting, and I love the touch of humor in your text.
Thanks, Ed!
